The total calories are approximately 1000. You can add for example 2 snacks per day of your choice (around 250 calories each) in order to make it to 1500 or double the serving size and add a snack in order to increase your caloric intake. In order to help you even more you can use a free BMR calculator to calculate your daily calorie expenditure and then use the meal plan to either be at a 200-300 calorie deficit to lose weight or even add 200-300 calories from your BMR to gain weight.
